Standard equipment Sweeper

Controls:
Main control panel mounted in the center of the cab with JVM for displaying information on a wide range of sweeper functions, plus download capability for recorded data. Additionally, up to four camera images can be displayed on the JVM screen. A separate control console with a palm rest for controlling main sweeping functions is mounted on the door side.

Suction blower:
Variable suction speed from 1800 rpm to 3500 rpm to adapt to various applications. V65t: Higher transmission ratio: 1.79:1

Disc broom (gutter brush):
Quick-change broom system with variable sweeping speed up to 160 rpm (controllable from the cab). Highly visible signal yellow broom discs and hose guides.

Suction mouth:
Suction mouth made from cast aluminum with 250 mm diameter at the inlet and tool-free adjustment.

Dust suppression system:
Spray heads for dust binding located at suction nozzle(s), disc brooms, and along the front of the vehicle. “Pressadrain” water recirculation system. EUnited 4-star certificate according to PM10.

Electrics:
24 V. All external wiring harness connectors comply with IP67 protection class regulations.

External noise / Sound power level:

Debris container:
The body consists of a refuse container and integrated water tank. Made from highly durable inox steel. Watertight rear door locking system with safety lock and drain function. Two side maintenance doors and side storage compartments. A water filter allows the debris container to be used as a large water tank for street washing. Rear tipping hatch, automatic multi-stage debris container support, two protected rear beacon lights, and LED work lights are standard. Container volume: 6.5 m³, tipping angle: 54° (nominal), door opening angle: 125° (nominal).

Water tank:
Water tank with anti-slosh protection can be filled via Type 'A' hydrant. The double diaphragm pump is suitable for continuous operation and even dry running. Water volume 1545 l (optional 2000 l).

Exhaust hood:
The smooth-surfaced exhaust hood is lined with frequency-matched sound insulation.

Brushes:
Roller brush Ø 406 mm, roller brush width 1275 mm, suction mouth width 750 mm, disc broom 500 mm (optional Ø 650 mm).
