General Description

CRONOSSTECH CHSP series H-type hydraulic deep drawing presses are engineered with a double-acting (ram + blank holder) system architecture for high-tonnage sheet metal forming, deep drawing, and spinning applications. Thanks to the 8-guide H-frame structure, the press ensures high rigidity during operation, maintaining stable parallelism and perpendicularity tolerances even on large bed dimensions.

The CHSP 1000/350 model, with a main ram pressing capacity of 1000 tons and a blank holder capacity of 350 tons, is specifically designed for deep drawing processes that require controlled material flow, especially in the automotive, white goods, defense, and heavy industry sectors. Its vibration-stress-relieved steel welded frame provides long-lasting and reliable operation.
