General Description

The CRONOSSTECH CHSP series H-type hydraulic deep drawing presses are designed with a double-acting (ram + blank holder) working principle for high-tonnage sheet forming, deep drawing, and spinning applications. The 8-guide H-frame structure ensures high rigidity, stable parallelism, and long die life even with large table dimensions during pressing.

The CHSP 800/270 model, with an 800-ton main ram and 270-ton blank holder capacity, is especially developed for processes requiring controlled material flow, such as in the automotive, white goods, defense industries, and heavy sheet forming applications. The frame, made of stress-relieved (by vibration) steel construction, offers long-lasting and reliable operation.
