Sizing section: cold, dry 2-high rolling stand, continuous tension straightener and Zumbach USYS laser gauge. Exit section: pneumatic shear, cut-to-length shear, bar run-out conveyor and product-specific coil recoiler. Schneider Electric Magelis operator panel with bar and coil modes. Applications

This descaling, cold rolling and sizing line converts hot-rolled strip or flat bar coils into shot-blasted, cold-rolled, straightened and gauged products, delivered as cut-to-length bars or coils.
