Vötsch VT 7030 S2 thermal shock test chamber, 300 l environmental test chamber TS05

Vötsch VT 7030 S2

Vötsch VT 7030 S2 Temperature Shock Test Chamber

System for extreme temperature changes

During temperature shock testing, the resistance of components, devices, and other products to rapid changes in ambient temperature is tested.
The test specimens are subjected to rapid temperature changes in air with alternating upper and lower temperature loads.
By means of these cyclic loads and the accelerated aging caused by temperature changes, weaknesses in the test specimen can be identified.

Vertical arrangement of the test chambers
Ball screw drive for secure guidance of the carriage
All-round grids in the carriage secure the test specimens
High air circulation rate, short temperature change times, and uniform temperature distribution in the test chamber
The warm chamber can be used as a temperature storage device, and the cold chamber as a temperature change device
Touch panel for convenient operation of the simulation programs with graphical display
Minimal energy consumption
No compressed air required
