General Description

The CRONOSSTECH CHSP series H-type hydraulic forming presses are developed for heavy-duty deep drawing applications that require extremely high tonnage, large table sizes, and controlled blank holder pressure. With its 8-guideway H-frame design, ram and table movements are performed under high rigidity throughout the pressing process, maintaining parallelism and perpendicularity tolerances stably over long strokes.

The CHSP 2000/600 model offers high control and repeatability for large-scale moulds and deep drawing/forming operations, with a main ram force of 2000 tons and a blank holder capacity of 600 tons. The steel construction frame is stress-relieved by vibration, designed for reliable and long-lasting operation under heavy industrial conditions.
